8sie haben sowohl insgesamt für alle
9Athenern als auch speziell für jeden einzelnen,
10und bekränze mit goldenem Kranz
11jeden von den beiden gemäß dem Gesetz; und
12dass Athener sein sollen Aristolas und Sostratos
13und ihre Nachkommen; dass man
14sie einschreibe in Phyle und Demos und
15Phratrie, welche sie wollen; dass über
16ihr Bürgerrecht die Prytanen
17der - -antis das Volk abstimmen
18lassen in der kommenden Volksversammlung; dass
19aufzeichne der Sekretär, der während der
20Prytanie amtiert, diesen Beschluss auf eine steinerne
21Stele und die Stele aufstelle auf der Akropolis
22bei der anderen Stele, auf der
23diejenigen - -er aufgezeichnet sind, die
24früher das Bürgerrecht erhalten haben;
25dass für die Aufzeichnung auf der Stele der
26Prüfungsbeamte und die Trittyarchen
2730 Drachmen geben.

5the People shall decide: to praise Aristolas
6and his brother Sostratos
7for the good will and love of honour that
8they have both collectively for all
9Athenians and individually for each,
10and to crown each of them
11with a gold crown according to the law;
12that Aristolas and Sostratos
13shall be Athenians, and their descendants,
14and shall enrol in the tribe and deme and phratry
15that they wish; and the prytany
16of the tribe [Leontis] (or [Aiantis]) shall put the vote about
17their citizenship to the People
18at the next Assembly;
19and the prytany secretary shall inscribe this decree
20on a stone stele
21and stand the stele on the acropolis
22next to the other stele on which
23the [Sam]ians (or [Rhod]ians) who took citizenship earlier
24are inscribed;
25and for the inscription of the stele the
26inspector and the trittys leaders shall give
2730 drachmas.
